Prom Coast Arts Council is a not for profit incorporated community organisation which for the past 30 years has upheld the aim of promoting and elevating the arts in South Gippsland and throughout the Gippsland region in general. Our membership is made up of professional and amateur artists and performers as well as lovers of the arts. This year as one of the Prom Coast Arts Council activities we are again presenting the Adam Murfitt Memorial Art Event. This will take the form of an Art, Goods and Services Auction. The Auction will be held at the Fish Creek Hall on Sunday 26th April from 3pm – 6pm. The Auction forms part of the Prom Coast Seachange Festival This event will be a benefit auction with proceeds being distributed to a wildlife rescue organisation - WRAP, who are assisting the animals affected by the recent bushfires in the Prom area, and to a local family who were directly affected by the recent bushfires. A portion of the proceeds will also be donated to the South Gippsland Hospital The auction will consist of a number of artworks donated by local artists, as well as goods and services donated by local businesses. Food and wine will be available at this event. The auction will consist of a number of artworks donated by local artists, as well as goods and services donated by local businesses.
